Dr. Micah E. Johnson worked with a diverse coalition of professionals, artists, and mental health professionals to produce a creative collection titled NEVER HAD A FRIEND. The event promotes the power of art and positive relationships to foster healing and success.

The specific aims are to 1) foster support for the 2.5 million children who experience homelessness in the U.S. each year; 2) promote art as a method to help folks heal from traumatic experiences and empower marginalized voices; and 3) inspire folks who experience hardships, loss, adversity, or hopelessness.
“Those who are happiest are those who do the most for others.”
-Booker T. Washington
