Q: What is the event about?
A: On Sight is a one-person show by Dr. Micah Johnson that explores violence, anger, and mental health through storytelling, comedy, and street culture. It’s designed to engage and empower youth, families, and community leaders.

Q: Who is the target audience?
A: Youth aged 15–25 (primary), parents, mentors, professionals, and community stakeholders.

Q: Is the event free?
A: Yes, the event is free, but RSVP is required for seating and to be eligible for prizes and giveaways: https://doctormicahjohnson.com/on-sight-tallahassee/

Q: Can one person complete the survey for their kids?
A: Yes! After completing the survey once, simply refresh the page or reopen the link to register another person. However, please make sure each individual person answers the survey questions. We will use the data to better understand youth and your kids, as you know, can be very different.

Q: Can I forward the survey link to others?
A: Absolutely! You can send the link to others so they can complete their own registration. The best way to do this is to complete the survey and send the link to others.

Q: Why does each person need to complete the survey separately?
A: Each person must complete their own survey to guarantee their seat at the event. Also, we need each person to answer the questions for themselves.

Q: Can a parent/guardian complete the survey for a youth?
A: We strongly encourage youth to complete the survey themselves so we can better understand their needs and provide the right support.

A: Gainesville

Q: Is there an age requirement?
A: The event is recommended for ages 15 and up. This show is not appropriate for young children. Parental discretion is advised.

Q: Are there transportation resources for youth?

A: Yes, but RSVP is required.

A: Yes. The Kleman Parking Garage is the closest public parking garage to the Challenger Learning Center. Entrances to the Kleman Parking Garage are located on South Duval Street and South Bronough Streets. Additional parking is available at metered street spots and other public lots located throughout downtown Tallahassee using the ParkMobile App.

A: The performance addresses violence, anger, emotional regulation, and mental health using relatable humor and storytelling.

Q: Can I bring my kids?
A: Families are welcome, but this show may not be appropriate for young children.
